The FM1803-2 Furlmatic Windcharger is a powerful battery charging turbine that is perfect for off-grid homes, farm buildings, monitoring stations, telecom sites, radio/TV transmitter stations, security camera systems, rural clinics, expeditions, military field applications, poultry sheds and many situations where power is needed when working in isolated places.
The FM1803-2 Furlmatic can be used as a single power source or connected with solar panels to create a power system. This can then use the power at low voltage, 12V or 24V, or if required an inverter can be used from the battery bank to deliver 230V grid type power enabling you to run many useful household appliances. Possibilities are endless, even if you have grid power. By using the FM1803-2 it is possible to reduce your dependence on the grid and unlike grid-connect wind turbines this system ensures that if there's a power cut you will still have independent power for some essentials, such as emergency lighting etc.
