TURGO HYDRO TURBINE KIT Dragons Breath cost effective Turgo Turbines use turgo cups and permanent magnet generators. Turbines can be used in areas of low head, high water flow rates, these can be fitted with up to 4 jets, allowing the user to match performance to the available water head and flow.To allow us to correctly set up the turbine; we will need the head and water flow rates of your site. All parts of the Turgo Turbine have been designed to be interchangeable, this allows for maintenance when required. The Generator itself should not require any maintenance in normal operation. Turgo Turbines are generally suited to a low head of water coupled with High Flow rates. Heights of 10-15m would be most effective. Power options available; 24v, 48v, or grid tie.
